The Ourea broke into two small Shipwreck sections as it crashed in the Sheol. The Forward Section landed towards the east, while the aft landed towards the north. Like most shipwrecks and a large part of the Sheol, it is subject to the Right of Salvage and has PvP enabled. There are Scavengers in the surrounding area, wearing radiation suits, have shields and are tough to kill.
