Purpose / Ethos

Our guild focuses on providing elite mercenaries to other honorable guilds for a fee.
To achieve this, we (will) do our best to train, equip and sustain an elite fighting force.

We dont shy away from economy and exploration either! Our second division focuses on all the things like harvesting, crafting and even exploring. We value camaraderie and honor the most! Never betraying a contractor and never bending the knee to those dishonorable. These values are represented in our code of morales:

  • Every member is to act honorably and keep their comrades in high regard, whenever possible
  • Every officer is to act by their best judgement based on the opinion of his subordinates
  • The opinion of every member has value and weight, and is to be considered
  • In the event of leaders absence, every Division Director is to act accordingly to the rules and morales set by this very codex and diplomatic agreements
  • Any violation of the codex or diplomatic agreement is to be punsihed accordingly to the size of breach

Ranks/Hierarchy

We are a friendly community, and as so our officers are guided to listening to their subordinates! But history has proven sometimes a single person to decide is more effective, and as so, there are officers! Be mindful tho, an officer that doesn't listen to their subordinetes or doesnt follow logic is destined to have a hard time at succeeding in dangerous situations!
There are currently two divisions: Janissaries (fighters) and the Tujjar (economy and exploration)
Janissaries have the ranks of:

  • Tropper
  • Bator
  • Bashar
  • Burseg


The Tujjar have a similar system with:

  • Novice
  • Master
  • Guildsman
  • Ayan

Above all stands The Prince of House Jabłonowski
Positions stated above are from the lowest to highest position. For every 5 members of each rank exists another of higher rank.

Note: if enough explorers come, we might establish a seperate exploration/terrain surveillance division, for now it is implemented into the Tujjar.

Leadership

The leadership of House Jabłonowski is composed of The Prince and the highest ranks of officers; do mind that the opinion of each member has value!
The Prince of House Jabłonowski is "Assasin189cz" a sci-fi,fantasy and history fan with very little prior experience but a strong dream.

Guild Lore

Originally a Minor House on the planet Ginaz, relocated to their own habitable moon and then almost destroyed by enemies this house, with its last noble, fled to Arrakis to accumulate wealth and power while staying mainly neutral in higher politics, so it doesn't have to face the same fate twice.
With its origins at Ginaz, the Janissaries of House Jabłonowski were known through the known universe as hardened fighters, never leaving their clients unsatisfied.
This house continues to employ its ancestral traditions of mercenary work, originally mastered by the famed House Ginaz, later adopted, to some degree, by most Minor Houses on Ginaz.
Here on Arrakis, they adapted to the native Fremen ways, learning to operate in the desert with high efficiency, and became famous for their Janissaries once more. The less known, but similairly appritiated, are their spice products that, while not numerous, are favoured by many noblemen in the Imperium for their quality.
