About Us

Established in August 2023, we are a Hardcore PvX guild, that focuses on PvP. We plan to play any MMO that sufficiently satisfies the competitive itch we have as a collective. To prepare for future MMO releases, we have curated a close-knit community via our form & interview procedure resulting in an atmosphere of comradery & like-minded individuals bringing talent, experience and wisdom from decades of gaming to the table.

The bonds & synergy developed through experiences across multiple games, both competitive and casual, provides an edge that will no doubt tip the scales within a competitive MMO environment - Quintessence acknowledges & promotes this as a core principle of our community.

Ideology

Our main values behind the founding & building of this guild are: communication, synergy & activity. Through honing communication, engaging & playing as a group, demonstrating commitment by spending time & exhibiting a high level of effort - we foster an atmosphere to flourish in any MMO.

We understand that our members have obligations & responsibilities beyond the computer resulting in limited time to spend on their hobbies. The average age of the MMO enjoyer is steadily increasing and with that come real life experiences & duties. While we expect a high level of activity and engagement from our playerbase, we don't expect players to be permanently attached to their chair & desk.

Requirements

Main Roster Expectations:

Large-Scale PvP Activity: Roster members are expected to have high attendance for PvP events. This will be, primarily, organized through the Raid-helper system.

Research & "Metarising": Roster members are expected to research & master their role in-game. This includes taking initiative to incorporate & investigate the "meta".

Voice Comms (English): Roster members are required to have a microphone, be comfortable in voice chats & have a basic comprehension of English. We intend to utilize Mumble & Discord for large scale battles.

Launch Day Level Rush: Roster members are expected be available on release to rush towards level cap/profession cap on release.

Diplomacy & Community: Roster members are expected to conduct themselves maturely within external communities. Trash talk & drama are frown upon - grow up.

Once completed one of our Monarchs/Advisors will contact you for a brief interview. After the interview you will be eligible to participate in any of our rosters.
