The Wiki serves as the home for all community knowlege around Dune: Awakening, including player guilds and communites! There will likely be more appropriate websites for guild listing/posting in the future, such as Duned.gg, but in the pre-release state of the game, the wiki is well-respected neutral ground to host the list and pages of player guilds forming in anticipation of the game. As the game is not released, most guilds are formed as Discord servers or existing gaming communities with plans to branch to D:A.

This page is a quick How-To guide on how to add your player guild page to the wiki, and add it to the list.

How to Create a Player Guild page

To create a guild page, the easiest way is to type in the URL of https://awakening.wiki/You_Guild_Name ( replace spaces with _) and create this page.

You can load the player guild template to pre-fill an example guild page to get started. This provides plenty of headings as a guideline, although these are only suggestions.

The wiki editorial staff assume pages and edits are made in good faith, and will allow freeform content on these pages, provided there is respect and decorum.

The only element the wiki will require is the infobox, as it provides a quick reference for players to see key guild information at a glance. Most fields on this template are optional

Note: Player Guilds in-game cannot be named after common Dune house names (from the lore) as there will be a blacklist[1]

How to add a Player guild to the Player Guilds list

The Player Guilds page is the primary index of all known player guilds currently formed for Dune: Awakening. This list is deliberately minimal and as per Rule 6 of the Contributing Guidelines the columns should not be changed, and will be kept alphabetical by default. This will be patrolled regularly by the Editors to ensure fairness and neutrality.

To add a guild to the table, while logged in to an account, edit the page, and on the left of the table you can click to Insert above - then just enter your guild details. If you have already created a page for the guild, please make sure the guild name is a link (via the 'Insert Link' tool).
