Biomes

Biomes are the various regional landscapes of which players are able to explore within Dune: Awakening. While the vast deserts of Arrakis comprise a majority of the world, pockets of other environments exist due to both natural and man-made conditions. Among these are the tundras of the planet's polar caps, eco-labs where experiments have terraformed the local area to a variety of conditions, and green growth spawned from the ancient remnants of old science facilities.
