Cross World Character Transfers

Use

Remove all listings and claim proceeds from the exchange, as these will not transfer with you.
Back up your base using the Base Reconstruction Tool. You may store up to 3 bases in the Base Reconstruction Tool.
Back up any vehicles using the Vehicle Backup Tool. If you reach the limit, disassemble any vehicles and store the parts.
The Carrier Cargo Container is considered a vehicle, so remove items from it and disassemble it for storage.
Make sure all valuables were stored in chests in your base, in your own inventory, or your bank.
Make sure your character is in Hagga Basin.
Initiate the transfer from the Escape menu and follow the on-screen prompts. Do not exit the game while in the loading screen. You may also do this from the main menu by selecting "Servers," selecting the world your character is currently on, and pressing "Z" to begin the transfer process.

You normally must have a transfer token available. You begin with 1, and will automatically receive 1 every 7 days if you have 0. You may not have more than 1 transfer token at a time.
Exchange listings will be deleted and will not carry over.
Bases which are not stored in the Base Reconstruction Tool will not travel with you, and will be abandoned.
Assembled vehicles which are not stored in the Vehicle Backup Tool will not travel with you, and will be abandoned.
If your name is taken on the target server you will be prompted to pick a new one.
