House Auric operates as an independent entity, free from binding allegiances to any particular House, faction, or individual. Our loyalty lies in upholding the prosperity of trade, security, and exploration. While we may forge agreements with various groups, our commitment remains to the growth of commerce, safe passage, and the advancement of all who seek our services. We do not take sides in political conflicts, ensuring our neutrality remains uncompromised.

Resource Management & Trade Reserves

Members are encouraged to contribute surplus resources to House Auric’s collective reserves. These stockpiles serve as a shared asset, managed by Logistics Officers to ensure fair distribution among members for projects, operations, and guild endeavors. Personal reserves remain under the full discretion of each member, though cooperative efforts strengthen the House’s influence and efficiency.

Commissions & Trade Agreements

Any agreement made between a House Auric representative (Officers, Emissaries, or Leadership) and a client is considered a formal contract. Pricing for services follows a standardized structure, though alternative forms of compensation may be negotiated if deemed fair by both parties. Tips and bonuses earned through personal contracts are encouraged to be shared among teams when applicable. While record-keeping is optional for independent ventures, officially sanctioned House contracts should be logged to track member contributions and ensure appropriate rewards for consistent service.

Patriarch / Matriarch of Auric – The supreme leader of House Auric, holding absolute authority over all decisions, diplomacy, and military affairs. They are the beacon of the House’s Golden Age, guiding it towards conquest, wealth, and influence.

Voice of Auric – The official herald and chief diplomat of the House. This individual ensures that the Patriarch/Matriarch’s will is enacted and that relations with other factions remain beneficial.

Golden Council – A select group of high-ranking nobles, generals, and strategists who oversee the House’s operations. Each member holds dominion over specific domains, such as warfare, trade, intelligence, and diplomacy.

Auric Warbringer – The supreme military commander of House Auric’s forces, responsible for leading conquests, organizing defenses, and training the elite warriors of the House.
