There will be poison in Dune: Awakening[1][2], although it's extent and usability is not known yet, it will work on the Muad'Dib's that roam the desert[1]; suspected there is likely a Mentat Ability or passive that somehow ties into this poison mechanic via its symbol on the skill tree, but there is no confirmation.
