RoyalBlue's purpose in Dune: Awakening is to create a dynamic and inclusive gaming community where players can find a clan that matches their playstyle – whether it's Hardcore PvP, PvE, building, or anything in between. We offer structure with flexibility, allowing clans to operate independently while collaborating within the larger alliance. Recruitment Process
- Join the Discord: Become part of the RoyalBlue community.
- Explore Clans: Check out different clans based on your playstyle.
- Apply: Submit your application to the clan that fits you best.
- Clan Leaders Review: Leaders will contact you if you're a match.
- Join & Integrate: Once accepted, join your clan and start playing!
Ranks/Hierarchy
- Members: Every player is a member of a clan and part of the RoyalBlue alliance.
- Clan Leader: Each clan has a leader who organizes and leads the clan.
- Vice Leaders: Each clan has multiple vice leaders who support and represent the clan leader.
- Alliance Council: Clan leaders and vice leaders from all clans meet in the Alliance Council to discuss and make decisions on overarching matters.
This structure ensures clear organization and effective collaboration within the alliance.
Leadership
In RoyalBlue, leadership is about guiding and supporting the clan and its members. Each clan has a Clan Leader who oversees the organization, direction, and decisions for the clan. Vice Leaders support the leader, manage specific tasks, and step in when needed. Leaders collaborate in the Alliance Council to make decisions that affect the entire community, ensuring unity and strategic progress across all clans. Leadership focuses on teamwork, communication, and driving the clan’s success within the larger alliance.
