Recruitment Process
TSR Recruitment Process:-
1. Join the discord
2. Reach out to Levi or a Co-Leader (roles are shown on the right of discord) to discuss
2.1. Accepted or Declined
3. If accepted, provided a citizen rank role
4. Once the game releases and the user is active for more than a week, promoted to a full member of TSR
5. Reap the rewards

Our History:
Created during the early MMO days of Knight Online
Achieved server glory on the number one server (Helix) on AirRivals
Optimised as the punishing guild for World vs World vs World for GW2 for six years
Mastered on WoW TBC - Cata (all major raid bosses completed, mythic etc), Gladiator - 2v2 & 3v3
Obliterated New World on Bifrost (against our enemies, both alliance factions and enemies) until the plague of hacks.

• PvP Mentality - Have the drive to seek out PvP, be it open world, guild vs guild, or by contributing to sieges
• Crafting Mentality - If you are not too interested in PvP, then we ask that you focus on honing your skills towards a crafting profession
• Positive mindset – A positive player sees the invisible, feels the intangible and achieves the impossible.
• Motivated – Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.
• Voice Comms – Must be willing to communicate with players on discord
• Have fun - This is a game, enjoy it! We do not expect it to be a second job for anyone!!
