Recruitment Process

Ranks/Hierarchy
Naib al-Rih (Guild Leader – “Chief of the Wind”) • Oversees all guild operations and diplomacy. Sets long-term vision, alliances, and RP themes. • Final voice in disputes or war declarations.
Sayyadina al-Sijara (Lorekeeper / RP Coordinator – “Holy Woman of Memory”) • Guides roleplay, maintains guild lore, and organizes ceremonies. Designs rituals, naming conventions, and in-game cultural flavor. Acts as the keeper of the Windcallers' traditions and wisdom.
Qanat Overseer (Operations Officer – “Bringer of Flow”) Manages PvE raids, farming events, and crafting operations. Coordinates sandworm hunts, spice runs, and resource stockpiles. Oversees logistics and base/resource planning.
Shield of Atreides (PvP Commander / War Leader) Leads PvP squads, base defenses, and organized raids. Trains fighters, assigns tactical squads, and plans combat maneuvers. Strategizes battlefield positioning and alliances during wars.
Whisper of the Deep Desert (Recruitment & Diplomacy Lead) Scouts potential members and allies. Coordinates alliances with other guilds (especially Atreides-aligned). Manages external relations and communications.
Circle of the Sietch (Supporting Officers)
Sandrunner Chiefs (Squad Leaders) • Each leads a specific group (PvE, PvP, Exploration). • Helps new players level, assigns missions, and keeps group morale high.
Spicekeepers (Resource Coordinators) • Manage crafting, harvesting, and market operations. • Handle trade, spice processing, and internal economy.
Sietch Watchers (Moderators / Internal Affairs) • Enforce guild rules, resolve interpersonal issues. Ensure peace within the guild and report to leadership.
Windcall Initiates (New Members / Recruits) Go through a trial or rite of passage before becoming full members. Paired with a mentor or “Desert Brother/Sister” for orientation.
Optional RP-Tied Roles
Voice of the Storm – Handles ceremonial speeches and war cries.
Moonsighted – Interprets omens (fun RP twist for major events).
Dustseers – Guild scouts or intelligence gatherers.
