The Tartarus is a small Shipwreck in the Sheol. Like most shipwrecks and a large part of the Sheol, it is subject to the Right of Salvage and has PvP enabled. There are Scavengers in the surrounding area, wearing radiation suits, have shields and are tough to kill.
