Who are we?
Founded in 2014 in Australia,YubNub has been a thriving Oceanic gaming community for over a decade.
With roots in survival games and MMOs, including Once Human (Ranked #3 in Season 1) and New World, we’re setting our sights on the sands of Dune: Awakening.
Guided by the Ewok values of fun, honour, and camaraderie, YubNub invites you to be part of our story. With a fully decked out community ready to delve deep in to everything that Dune Awakening is going to offer. We are an Oceanic based community, however we have members from all over Asia, the USA and Europe!
Our Vision for Arrakis
Arrakis is a land of opportunity, danger, and spice, and YubNub is ready to thrive in its unforgiving deserts. We’re a dual-guild powerhouse, offering spaces in both our hardcore and casual branches for players of all playstyles. With limited slots available, we prioritise quality over quantity and are seeking players who embody teamwork, strategy, and a good sense of humour.
Recruitment Process
Guild Structure: A Place for Everyone
YubNub is divided into two primary guilds, each offering unique opportunities:
Caravan of Courage (Hardcore Guild)
Our hardcore branch is for players who thrive in all areas of both survival gameplay and MMO mechanics.
Specialisations: Tactical leadership, raid coordination, and front-line combat. Skilled craftsmen, base builders, researchers, farmers, and team players.
Focus: Territory wars, spice field skirmishes, and dominating Arrakis through skill and strategy.
Goal: Establish YubNub as a force to be reckoned with on Arrakis. You must dedicate significant time to be assigned to this guild
The Sand Builders (Casual Guild)
For those who cannot dedicate as much time then those in the hardcore guild, but still want to contribute to the overall YubNub banner.
Specialisations: Resource harvesting, crafting, and logistics management.
Focus: Building infrastructure, sustaining our empire, and uncovering Arrakis’ secrets.
Goal: Provide the backbone of our operations and ensure long-term success.
Specialised Roles We're Recruiting For
We’re seeking players skilled in specific areas to strengthen our ranks:
Spice Harvesters: The lifeblood of our economy, responsible for securing this precious resource.
Combat Specialists: PvP tacticians and fighters who can lead us to victory in battle.
Engineers and Artisans: Masters of crafting and construction to sustain our efforts.
Logistics Experts: Organizers of trade routes, supply chains, and resource distribution.
Operational Staff & Leadership Roles: We’re looking for sound leaders and operational staff to add to our already excellent managerial capabilities. Whether you’re an event organiser, raid leader, or strategic planner, we have a spot for you to shine and grow amongst our ranks.
