| All new recruits will start as a "Wali" (untested youth) and will have opportunities to increase in rank and privileges as they prove their loyalty to the Sietch.

| There are multiple ranks and positions in this guild. Including Naib (Leader), Supreme Bashar (Senior Commander), Bashar, Fedaykin (Death Commando), Sand Walker, Wali and others.

| The Naib is the leader of the guild but will be heavily supported by the other positions available to the members. Especially the Supreme Bashar and Bashar positions
