A few of the members of the house managed to escape the devastation but the progenitors of House Artorius watched as their fellow survivors were hunted down and killed one by one. Seeking a path to survive they took shelter, along with a few of their closest relations, with a sympathetic major house changing their surname to Artorius. | |||
