Purpose/Ethos
Our guild is founded on the principle of building a strong, competitive foundation for players who are passionate about Dune: Awakening and eager to grow within a high-performance PvP environment. We aim to cultivate a community where dedication, discipline, and strategic coordination thrive—pushing our members toward excellence in both individual and team-based combat.
We place a strong emphasis on high activity PvP events, territorial control, and organized team play, ensuring that every member not only hones their skills but contributes meaningfully to the strength of the guild as a whole. Through active participation and a shared sense of purpose, we strive to become a dominant force in the game.
One of our core philosophies is empowering our players to form and lead smaller combat groups—tight-knit units that operate independently but remain deeply integrated into the broader guild structure. These groups receive full support from other squads and unassigned members, creating a dynamic, flexible system where leadership and initiative are encouraged at every level.

Recruitment Process
To join, contact MacFie or Arsenic via private message on the Dune: Awakening Discord server, or join the AshKar Discord server using the provided link and contact Leadership there. Alternatively, post on the Guild Recruitment tab of our guild on the Dune: Awakening Discord.
The recruitment process involves:
1. Interview: Recruiters will engage you in a text-based interview and conversation to assess your suitability for the guild. Be prepared to discuss your experience in relevant PvP and survival games.
2. Information: You'll receive information about the guild's structure and plans.
3. Survey: You will need to complete a survey providing relevant information.
Upon completion of these steps, you will be welcomed into the guild.
Ranks/Hierarchy
Commander: The supreme authority of the AshKar Legion. Oversees all operations, strategy, and doctrine. Answers only to the Padishah Emperor. The Guild Leader is the final voice on all matters of loyalty, deployment, and internal order.
Quartermaster: Responsible for the acquisition, maintenance, and distribution of weapons, armor, and specialized gear. Ensures the AshKar remain battle-ready with access to advanced Sardaukar and prototype Imperial technologies.
Battlemaster: The chief combat instructor and field commander. Designs training regimens, oversees combat drills, and leads elite strike teams. Shapes the martial edge of the Legion through discipline and unrelenting physical mastery.
Foreman: Oversees infrastructure and logistical support within AshKar installations. Manages internal labor divisions, facility maintenance, and prison-factory operations on Salusa Secundus. Ensures the Legion's hidden bases remain self-sufficient and secure.
Diplomat: Shadow envoys dispatched on sensitive assignments involving the Landsraad or Imperial intermediaries. While the AshKar avoid politics, their diplomats negotiate alliances, enforce silence, or deliver ultimatums—always under strict secrecy.
Recruiter: Select and test potential initiates from within the Sardaukar or Imperial penal ranks. Act as talent scouts and psychological profilers. Only the most zealous and capable are chosen; the rest are discarded—or destroyed.
Leadership
Under the guidance of experienced leadership, we foster a collaborative environment where you can connect with like-minded players and forge lasting partnerships. We provide direction and support, empowering you to create and participate in regular group activities.
Our members boast competitive backgrounds in hardcore PvP titles like Conquerors Blade, ARMA, Rust & Ark etc. Many have years of experience and success in PvP, with several claiming season victories in multiple games. Our core group hails from Conquerors Blade, where they honed their skills in intense seasonal battles.

Elite Sardaukar Subdivision – Loyalists to House Corrino
The AshKar Legion is a feared and secretive elite unit within the ranks of the Sardaukar—the brutal and fanatically trained military force loyal to the Padishah Emperor of House Corrino. While the Sardaukar are renowned for their near-superhuman discipline, martial prowess, and ruthless efficiency, the AshKar represent an even more exceptional cadre—handpicked from the most promising Sardaukar initiates and subjected to even harsher conditioning on Salusa Secundus, the desolate prison planet that breeds only the most formidable warriors.
The AshKar Legion traces its lineage to the elite Sardaukar but diverged from them in purpose and method. While the Sardaukar enforced Imperial will through terror and overwhelming force, the AshKar were forged in secret—refined not through conquest, but through absolute devotion. Their creation marked the emergence of a sacred order: fanatics bound not just by command, but by unshakable spiritual allegiance to the Golden Lion Throne.
Operating with near-complete autonomy under the direct command of the Emperor, the AshKar are entrusted with missions where absolute loyalty, discretion, and lethality are paramount. They specialize in asymmetric warfare, deep infiltration, and psychological operations, and are often deployed as enforcers of Imperial will or shadow operatives tasked with preserving Corrino dominance throughout the Imperium—especially in times of dissent, rebellion, or political upheaval.
The AshKar do not serve the broader interests of the Imperium. They do not engage in politics nor serve personal ambition. Their allegiance is generational and incorruptible, anchored solely to the legacy and survival of House Corrino. They are not ceremonial guards; they are a vigilant, living blade, unsheathed only at the Emperor’s behest.
While the Sardaukar inspire fear, the AshKar inspire dread—an aura reinforced by the mystery surrounding their existence. Whispers of them persist in the upper echelons of the Landsraad, but even among the Great Houses, their name is spoken only in hushed tones—if at all.
Unflinching, untainted, and unwavering, the AshKar Legion remains a sacred instrument of Imperial power—an elite order devoted wholly to the eternal supremacy of House Corrino.
