Barracks 47 sits in northeastern Jabal Eifrit Al-gharb, farther the Hagga Rift. The outpost is built into the steep, layered terrain, with upper and lower sections reached from different elevations. Its enclosed and vertical layout make it difficult to traverse without the Shigawire Claw or a Leap Suspensor Belt.

Lore

Barracks 47 is a fortified installation located near Hagga Rift, with a direct connection to its lower levels. Although occupied by deserters from House Atreides, the facility contains equipment and infrastructure suggesting that it previously served an industrial purpose.

The installation features a vertical shaft with a small spice refinery, alongside vehicle components and lubricant supplies. Its association with CHOAM infrastructure suggests a possible connection to the industrial operations surrounding spice production and transport and mining supplies from nearby rift, although the facility's precise original function remains unclear.

The facility also contains ray amplifiers and a secured room marked by a blue band, where intelligence points can be found.

Despite its current occupation by deserters, the surviving equipment and its access to the lower levels of Hagga Rift indicate that Barracks 47 occupies a potentially strategic position within the surrounding industrial network.
