Go to House Athar to learn the details of the contract chain. House Athar is located above the Exchange, on the second floor of Arrakeen. The only NPC in the room is the majordomo, who lets you know that House Athar is throwing a banquet to celebrate its progress in restoring Arrakeen following the Battle of Arrakeen. Unfortunately, he has run into some issues, which is where you come in.
