Accepting the Contract
To accept the contract, go to the Contracts Board in Arrakeen, which can be found next to the Salusan Bull (right side of the stairs).
Lore: Contract Offer My name is Dr. Nailea Shaffat, and I require assistance for a unique problem. See me at my clinic for further explanation.
Talk to Dr. Shaffat
If the doctor wants to tell you the details of her contract in person, then you'd best go find her. She'll tell you that the supplies she needs are stuck in administrative hell at customs.
Convince the customs official to release the supplies
The Customs official can be found near the entrance. Unfortunately, it appears that Dr. Shaffat's goods have been flagged for a security screening, and you'll need to obtain a T-797 permit. Obtaining a permit is its own Contract, Acquire Import Permit. Alternatively, you can threaten the official by suggesting he run your credentials to bypass this.[1]
Report back to Dr. Shaffat
Once you've acquired the supplies, you can return to Dr. Shaffat's clinic to let her know the good news. And get paid, of course.
