This template creates an extended Gallery with dedicated sections for embedded YouTube videos and GIFs. GIFs must not be placed in a standard Gallery, as they require special handling: to animate reliably, a GIF has to render at its full original size rather than as a thumbnail.

Gallery Items	images	Place each item on a new line. To insert an image caption, place it after the file name, using a tilde ~ as the delimiter, like so `Placeholder.jpg~OPTIONAL_CAPTION`. Captions cannot contain additional tildes.	Content	optional
YouTube Trailer	youtube	Insert only ONE YouTube video code, i.e. the string that comes after 'watch?v=' in the URL. After upgrading from MediaWiki 1.41 to 1.46, the input itself must be enclosed by <youtubeoembed> tags, otherwise it tries to resolve before the template can process the input.
