This refers to the ocular status a person goes through upon spice consumption on Arrakis.
Overview
The Eyes of Ibad is the name given by the Fremen for the bodily change of ones who consume Spice Melange in consistent quantities, the result of which giving them the iconic blue-within-blue eyes found commonly on Arrakis.[1]
