After the atomic destruction of Carthag, House Harkonnen have settled in what was once Korona Village, built by House Richese around two hundred years ago, when they were siridar governors of Arrakis. The Harkonnens renamed it Harko Village, and made it their interim capital while they construct Neo-Carthag as their new capital.
