In order to have a consistent source of water, Zantara suggests that I begin harvesting the blood of my enemies and purifying it. I can drink it direct from the source as well, but the side effects make that an act of desperation.
Water is scarce on Arrakis, and the most convenient source available to me right now is the blood of my enemies. I crafted a blood extractor and a purifier, and learned to take the blood from enemies and deposit it in the purifier. I am not sure how I feel about any of this.

Dialogue
When starting objective: Specialized Equipment
Zantara: You've done well licking flowers and sucking sap - but you need a consistent source of water. And the best source out here is blood. Extract it, store it, refine it, and drink it. Raw if you're really desperate. And don't mind throwing up. Actually, don't drink it, unless you really have to.
