This contract is missable, and seems to disappear from the Contract Board at a certain point. However, the contract will NEVER pay out, and all traces of it will disappear from Contracts history as well, so there is essentially no difference in having missed it, apart from the few exclusive lines of dialogue with Elara Tuek.
