Southern Comms is a large cliff-side building inhabited by Sandflies in the Eastern Shield Wall, located on the east slope of the large mountain overlooking Helius Gate.
It contains one schematic chest with aluminum-tier rewards.

Lore
Southern Comms is a Large Outpost, held by Sandflies in the Eastern Shield Wall region of Hagga Basin, although subject to the occasional Slaver incursion. It gives a good vantage to the comings and goings of Helius Gate.
Best to approach the main deck from the Northern side by ornithopter or shigawire/climbing.
A point of interest in the Counter-Insurgency contract chain, available from Pinnacle Station. The target information for "Gathering Information", "The Red Scorpion" is located in the main office, near the Intel point.
There is a shigawire tape in the conference room, revealing that these Sandflies are working for the Harkonnen.
