Westview is a two-floor base with extensive patio and its heavy decay implies that it was long abandoned by the time the Kirab arrived. The base is heavily decorated in Kirab motifs and lacks the large abandoned vehicles found in other nearby Kirab bases, suggesting that it has been occupied by the Kirab or other scavengers for some time.
