Coils of the Wyrm
A cave located in the Western Vermillius Gap at the base of the landmark Table of the Gods. The cave is occupied by several Kirab, there are several land mines near the lower entrance. The cave itself branches off in different directions ultimately coiling upwards to the upper sealed cave entrance.

The Coils of the Wyrm is a large multi-layer cave system, found just north-west of The Tip, surrounded by multiple Kirab campsites and Flatrock Outpost.
As it's in extremely close proximity to the Cave of the Lost Pilgrim, this spanning passageway was likely once used by Wali - untested Fremen youths - seeking to prove themselves through trial, also owing to engravings found at both entrances; a clear depiction of Shai-Hulud at the north, though the south's geometric pattern is unfortunately unidentifiable due to damage.
A special chest can be found behind a micro-sandwich seal, following the wall south-west from the north entrance, containing Spice-infused Iron Dust and a unique schematic for Oathbreaker Gauntlets.
