Radiation, or more specifically ionising radiation, is an environmental hazard that is harmful to players.
Radiation in game
In Dune: Awakening radiation is used a soft-gate to restrict access to certain areas. Players will need a radiation suit or some other ability to remove the adverse effect of radiation to go into areas with radiation. [1]
Sources of radiation
Crashed ships may have radiation leakages.
