Arrakeen

Arrakeen is the primary administrative city on Arrakis and serves as the political, economic, and travel hub for off-world activity in Dune: Awakening. The ruling House of Atreides governs from here, issuing contracts, regulating spice trade, and coordinating military operations across the planet. Players come to Arrakeen to access vendors, manage faction reputation, obtain assignments, and interact with other travelers under relative protection compared to the open desert. The city is populated by House officials, soldiers, merchants, CHOAM representatives, and visiting agents, making it the central meeting point between authority, commerce, and player activity on Arrakis.
