In Update 1.3, Return Packages were introduced. These are designed to help returning players get back into the action quickly after an extended absence, without needing to rebuild from scratch.
Details
Players who have been offline for more than 28 days will be greeted with a Welcome Back care package full of resources, claimable via the "Claim Rewards" interface by pressing
.
These rewards are redeemable on both public and private servers when eligible.

Contents of Return Packages likely depends on a combination of factors, such as how far the player has progressed in Levels and Research, as well as the length of break taken.
