Landsraad Missions are unlocked at Rank 5, House Operator, with your chosen faction. This alligns with the completion of your faction-specific Journey, afterwards you can begin a new Arc that guides you through the new missions. Your assigned commander, Thufir Hawat for House Atreides or Piter de Vries for House Harkonnen, will invite you to further hone your skills while also being permitted to officially take on missions in the name of your chosen House.
