Faction Rank

Players can initiate their faction questlines at the Anvil Tradepost by proving their worth to the House Atreides or House Harkonnen recruiters, which grants access to the Landsraad system.

Initially, players will advance to Rank 5 by earning Faction Standing from relevant Contracts. From there, players will be able to complete Landsraad Missions to continue up to the maximum of Rank 20.

Every Landsraad Mission completion, boosted with Mnemonic Recollection, will provide 75 Faction Standing, meaning you can earn a maximum of 375 per day.

Betrayal

A player may choose to betray his faction and join the opposing side by speaking with the respective Mentat of the new Great House in either Arrakeen, Thufir Hawat, or Harko Village, Piter de Vries. A player character can switch factions only once, thus making the new choice is permanent.

Switching factions will reset the player's current progress in the Landsraad.

Exclusive Rewards

Players will always be able to obtain ALL faction cosmetics, regardless of alignment.

While the Faction Vendors sell their own cosmetics to aligned players, there is also an NPC in each Settlement that sells the cosmetics of the opposing faction, albeit at double the normal prices.
