Envoy Dialogue

Lady Thusnelda, Envoy of House Dyvetz.

Lady Thusnelda [Welcome] You're back. With good news, I hope.

Player 1. Tell me about yourself. 2. Tell me about House Dyvetz. 3. Goodbye.

Lady Thusnelda [1] I am the right and duly invested representative of Great House Dyvetz. I stand for Dyvetz on all Landsraad matters relating to Arrakis. [2] Dyvetz is one the oldest Houses of the Landsraad. Our establishment predates even the Spacing Guild. And while the typical Imperial subject is ignorant of our manufacturing, they have likely been conveyed in a vessel raised on our homeworld. House Dyvetz moves the Imperium.

Player 1.1. You bear the same name as your Great House. 2.1. What sort of vessels do you manufacture?

Lady Thusnelda [1.1] Proudly. I am called Lady Thusnelda, third of seven sisters and daughter to Duchess Xavaria Dyvetz, Siridar Lord of Septimus III. [2.1] The Septimus III shipyards produce a wide range of atmospheric vehicles in both military and civilian configurations. From personnel shuttles to troop transports, frigates, and lighters, if it's bodies or cargo, we move it. As I have said many times, Dyvetz moves the Imperium.

Player 1.1.1. Duchess Xavaria? Is there no Duke? 1.1.2. A Harkonnen outpost is a strange place to find one of such status. 1.1.3. Goodbye.

Lady Thusnelda [1.1.1] Do not look so astonished. It's well-known that the Siridarship of Septimus is passed down the line of Dyvetz women. A Duke has not ruled our Great House in ten thousand years. [1.1.2] Not so strange. I am a trained and accredited envoy that goes where there is business to be found. Would it seem as strange if I were a man? Or does my conspicuous lack of dangling appendages somehow invalidate my credentials?

Player 1.1.2.1. I meant strange because you are a noble.

Lady Thusnelda [1.1.2.1] Then you are misinformed about the nobility. Unless one is lucky enough to be firstborn, life is about duty, service, and justifying one's stipend.
