Several crew members of the Mithra Harvester survived and have issued a distress call to the Guild. The crew is willing to accept help from the player to get back on their feet, by issuing contracts. These members are:

• Chief Hanso: Rig chief of the Mithra
• Lieutenant Drangh: Officer of The Mithra
• Nasher Hix: Quartermaster of The Mithra
• Several unnamed Dunemen, likely the remaining drivers and Spice Crew
• Captain Malek, unaccounted for
• Keif Villari: crew member, and a Harvester Radio host on the Communinet Radio. He can be reached during the Villari's Prize and Digging Deeper journeys.
