It belongs to the Manufacturing Union, a bloc of the Landsraad focused on Crafting.
As a result, corresponding Landsraad Missions may be completed on the House's behalf. Doing so increases a player's personal standing with the House, unlocking tiered rewards independent of the weekly Landsraad vote outcome.
